Shipping Policy

The typical logistics time to most countries is 15-30 days.

All items sold at BricksGear are guaranteed to be delivered in 60 days (120 days for Brazil, 90 days for Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina,

Bolivia, Peru, South Africa and all orders shipped with European Railway Direct Mail.)

If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.

The prices of our products vary according to the item size, weight, location, shipping method you selected. You can view the shipping fees on each product page and at checkout.

Return Policy

Unopened Items

Unopened items may be returned to YaHobby.com up to 15 days from the day you received the purchase. Refunds are provided in the form of Store Credit or money back to your PayPal account. A Store Credit will be established for the cost of the item. However, shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded. In the case of free or reduced shipping costs for orders that meet YaHobby.com's FREE shipping criteria, the actual cost of shipping will be reduced from the Store Credit on all returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@yahobby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Manufacturer Defects

Items with manufacturers defects may be returned to YaHobby.com for repair or replacement. When returned, we will inspect the item and determine if it is repairable. If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an identical item at no cost to you. YaHobby.com will also cover the cost of return shipping, as well as the cost of shipping out the replacement piece. In the case of a manufacturer defect, there may be other options available such as an exchange or Store Credit.  After receipt of order, customers must notify YaHobby.com within 15 days of an issue or YaHobby.com may be unable to honor a repair/return request dependent on part availability. 

Opened / Used Items

We don't accept returns on opened or used items.
